The PLATINUM Challenger T1 Telescopic is a free-arm parasol with a telescopic system that allows you to raise the parasol mid-meal without having to clear the table. Simply raise the pole with the help of a gas spring, open up the parasol above the table and then lower it to the desired height.

Platinum T1 Parasol range offers a tilt system ensuring the full movement of the parasol backward and forwards without any movement of the base, it can be held easily at any angle by simply locking it into place with a handy lever. The parasol can be moved around 360 degrees in a smooth and easy action, guaranteeing shade wherever you desire. The mechanism of the parasol is durable stainless steel and encased in a strong powder-coated aluminium housing, which means no rust or corrosion. The durability and strength of the parasol is further enhanced with its robust powder-coated aluminium pole and the tension springs that keep the fabric taught, secure, and looking its best.

The parasol canopy is available in three stylish colours of class 4 outdoor fabric. The textile is 100% spuncrylic, 240 grams/m2, solution dyed, colourfastness 7, UPF 50+. It is a luxurious premium-class fabric, which is water-repellent and dirt-resistant protecting you from the elements and also the sun’s UV rays. The fabric has been solution dyed giving it the advantage of keeping its colour for a lot longer than most other parasols on the market.

To maintain its quality and prolong the life of the canopy we recommend the Aerocover (292 x 60/65cm) suitable for this size cantilever. This is a breathable and water proof cover that also offers great protection from UV rays.

The recommended base for this parasol is 120 kg. We offer black polished granite base on wheels to complement the exceptional quality of this parasol. It is perfect for securing a parasol in your terrace or patio, and it does so without limiting leg room. With an adjustable turn lock, it is safe and secure.
