  • No. You can make a purchase as a guest. We do recommend to have an account if you wish to place repeat orders as it speeds up the process and/or if you wish to hear more about the news and special offers we may have. You can create or login to your account here.

  • Furniture:

    We deliver to majority of England (excludes some areas). For deliveries to Devon, Cornwall, Isle of Wight, Scotland and Wales - please contact us to get a delivery availability & quote. We do not deliver to Isle of Man and Ireland at present. However for your convenience we have a collection point in Crayford. Contact us for more info.


    We also use national delivery companies to post smaller items to the whole of the UK. For more please check Delivery Terms page information or contact us directly.

  • Delivery takes 2-5 weeks depending on stock availability. Small items, which can be posted, will reach you sooner. Please check product page for specific delivery information or contact us directly on +44 (0) 2081 336614

  • Our delivery service is Monday to Friday 9-6pm. If you wish to arrange an evening or weekend delivery, please contact us directly (+44) 7788 577516 to book in advance.

  • We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery before signing for the order. Should you discover that the order is incorrect or item is damaged please contact us on (+44) 7788 577516 as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you. 

  • The refund will be issued as soon as the item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued based on the original payment method. The time it takes to process a refund varies based on your bank and card type. You will get an automated email confirming the refund.

  • We accept most of the debit and credit cards, Paypal, and bank transfers. Unfortunately we do not accept checks or cash payments. Please, note that all data is processed securely and in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not offer financing options at the moment. However if you a registered Paypal user you can take an advantage of the Virtual Credit scheme to help you spread the cost.

  • All of our furniture is covered by 2 year warranty. This does not apply to accidental damage or wear and tear. However, smaller items from accessories range - warranty options may vary depending on product type.

  • Interest free instalments. With Klarna credit options shoppers can buy now and spread the cost over 3 monthly interest-free instalments.
