Payments and refunds
1. What payment types do you accept?
We accept all debit and credit cards, Paypal, bank transfers and Klarna flexible payments. Unfortunately we do not accept checks.
2. Do I need create an account in order to place an order?
No, you can make a purchase as a guest. We do recommend having an account if you wish to place repeat orders as it speeds up the process and/or if you wish to get the updates on products, promotions or other news.
3. If I return an item, when will I get my refund?
The refund will be issued as soon as the item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued based on the original payment method. The time it takes to process a refund varies based on your bank and card type. You will get an automated email confirming the refund.
4. Is financing available?
We offer Klarna flexible payments. If you are a registered Paypal user you can take advantage of the Pay in 3 scheme to help you spread the cost. Please contact us regarding this payment option as it is not automatic on our website.
1. How long will it take to deliver my order?
Delivery time varies based on the product type. We hold a large number of furniture items at our UK warehouse and fulfil deliveries within a couple of days. Pre-order furniture and accessories take 3-5 weeks to deliver on average. Small items are generally shipped with couriers on a next day delivery service. Please refer to the Delivery Page for further information.
2. What happens if I get an incorrect or faulty item?
We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery before signing for the order. Should you discover that the order is incorrect or the item is damaged please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and photographs as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.
3. Do you deliver after working hours and during weekends?
Yes, we offer flexible delivery times including evenings and weekends (excludes some areas). We will discuss and offer the most suitable delivery options upon receipt of the order. For your convenience, we also offer a ‘white-glove’ delivery service in London and Home Counties for an additional charge.
4. Do you deliver to my area?
Our in-house team fulfils deliveries of larger items in London and Home Counties. We use third party delivery partners to deliver furniture around the UK. Shipping is free for orders over £200 within most of England. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland as well as Remote Scotland areas and all UK Isles, please contact us to get a delivery quote. We also use national delivery and courier companies to post smaller items to the whole of the UK.
