The J27C stool has a simple and minimalistic design that doesn't draw too much attention, but it serves its purpose well as a practical yet stylish piece of furniture that compliments a variety of interiors (private and commercial).

Adhering to Børge Mogensen's exacting standards of quality, this stool is crafted from Nordic materials, specifically solid oak and beech, ensuring its durability and gradual development of a charming patina over time. J27C stool is offered in a variety of finishes, including natural oak, natural beech, as well as black, grey, or white paint options.

WOOD FINISH

Lacquered solid oak finish: It is impervious to water, and maintains its transparency as it ages. Lacquer finishes are popular because they don't yellow with age, protect well against liquids, and require very little maintenance. Oak is also a very durable wood so furniture can be used for years to come.

Lacquered or painted solid beech finish: lacquered (water based varnish, UV protective) wood is easy to clean and maintain, lacquered finish gives the protection of the elements, such as water. The paint adds a protective layer, increasing the furniture's resistance to wear and tear, scratches, and stains. Water-based paint finish allows the natural grain and texture of the wood to show through, preserving the beauty and character of the beech wood.
