The J27B stool boasts a restrained and simple design that does not cry out for attention, but which fulfils the original role of the stool – a piece of practical yet well-designed furniture with general appeal.

In line with Børge Mogensen’s uncompromising quality standards, the stool is manufactured from Nordic materials (solid beech), ensuring that it will last a long time while slowly acquiring a natural patina. The J27B stool is available in natural beech, black, grey or white finish.

WOOD FINISH

Lacquered solid beech finish: lacquered (water based varnish, UV protective) wood is easy to clean and maintain, lacquered finish gives the protection of the elements, such as water, allows the natural grain and texture of the beech to show through.

Painted solid beech finish: the paint adds a protective layer, increasing the furniture's resistance to wear and tear, scratches, and stains. Water-based paint finish allows the natural grain and texture of the wood to show through, preserving the beauty and character of the beech wood.
