TON's La Zitta Chair embodies a timeless, versatile strength in its understated, traditional form, reinterpreted with contemporary proportions and intricate craftsmanship. Standing as the ideal representation of TON's generations-tested manufacturing processes, this chair is constructed solely from solid beechwood (PEFC certified) using wood bending technology and features ergonomic design elements that add unexpected comfort to its elegant aesthetic. 

La Zitta is a compact chair that is not only suitable for dining at home, but also at bistros, cafes and restaurants.

As well as the natural lacquered or oiled beech finish, La Zitta chair can be stained, leaving the woodgrain visible under the chosen shade, or fully covered with a pigment:

// Varnished or oiled beech finish:  lacquered (water based varnish, UV protective, easy to clean and maintain) or oiled (matt protective layer that does not peel or crack and allows wood to breathe; minor damages can be sanded and re-oiled with this surface treatment; oil also brings out the natural colour of the wood). 

// Stained beech finish*: staining is applied by either immersion or spraying and then finished with a layer of transparent lacquer. This finish allows for the individual wood characteristics to be visible. Staining does not affect the wood structure.

* All stain colours are the same price - please add your preferred colour choice in the notes box at checkout.

// Pigmented beech finish*: pigment completely covers the surface of the wood leaving a smooth, fully covered appearance.

La Zitta chair also comes with cane weave or upholstered seat.
